Reset Your Nutrition Goals

February is almost over and March is right around the corner. Enough time has gone by since the New Year for many resolutions to fail, or maybe just fade into the background. If this has happened to you, you're definitely not alone, but you also don't need to give it up! You can always start again or jump back in where you left off.


Sometimes after a couple months of trying a new habit or way of eating, you need a little boost to keep you motivated, accountable, and give you some guidance. If your New Years resolution was to eat healthier or lose weight, we may be able to help!


Nutrition Coaching

We now have two Nutrition Coaches at Elevate Fit Co!



I'm Katie Farrell- I've been helping people learn how to eat better mostly online, through my 6-12 week Online Health Coaching program over email. I've had some fantastic feedback on this program, and am constantly working on it to make it better. During the intensive one-on-one portion of this program we cover:

  • Food Journaling

  • Calories

  • Macronutrients (Protein, Fat, Carbohydrates)

  • Micronutrients & Gut Health (Vitamins, Electrolytes, and more)


Within this program, I help you learn how to food journal and why it is so essential when making changes, we'll find out about how many calories you are currently consuming as well as calculate about how many you "should" consume (sounds like calorie counting but it isn't the only focus, I promise!). We will also calculate Macronutrient Goals- how many grams of protein, fat, and carbohydrates would be beneficial for you to consume per day. We also cover the nitty gritty of micronutrients, the importance of gut health, and the final week of intensive coaching provides you with a customized exercise plan to follow for the next 8 weeks.


Following the intensive portion of this program, you receive monthly check-in emails that include additional material on the "soft skills" of health living - Meal Planning & Grocery Shopping, Sleep, Stress Management, and Home & Life Organization.


This program is available in an accelerated 6-week intensive coaching format, as well as a 12 week format that spaces the material out every 2 weeks to give you more time to implement your new habits. I recommend the 12 week format for super busy folks.


Intensive One-on-One Online Health Coaching financial commitment: 3 monthly payments of $200 each, or lump sum payment of $600.



I recently also formatted this program into a less intense self led Online Course on my website. This course covers the same material without weekly intensive coaching, but you are still welcome to email me any time with questions! It is entirely self-paced, you go through the steps and calculations when you have time. This program does not include a customized Exercise Plan, but we can get you set up with one separately if you'd like.


Self Led Online Nutrition Program Course- Nutrition Basics financial commitment: $49.



In-Person One-on-One Nutrition Coaching


Now I'm excited to introduce you to Andie Stang! She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach that is now offering Personal Training as well as in-person Nutrition Coaching at Elevate by appointment on Fridays.


Her coaching is open ended- you'll meet and get completely customized nutrition advice, she'll help you figure out what you need to change, and then will help you make those changes! These sessions are scheduled as needed.


Financial Commitment: $60 for a 30 minute coaching session.



We are excited to provide these programs to help you discover a new approach to nourishing yourself with healthy food, without resorting to extreme diets or negativity! We will support you in identifying the foods that will nourish you effectively, enabling you to be your best for both yourself and your family!
