Throughout the program we calculate calorie and macronutrient goals, get you started on a workout regimen, and use helpful online assessments to keep you motivated for change!

After the initial intensive coaching, you will receive a check-in email every month for the next 6 months with additional coaching material and to help keep you accountable to your new habits and your workout plan!

Custom Workout Plan
If you're pretty comfortable working out on your own but you need a little direction.. we got you!
​
Katie creates custom workout plans based on your goals and schedule- then you go to the gym and do them on your own! Each 8-week plan comes with links to all exercises with a photo or video, showing you how to do the exercise with proper form. With very few repeats, you could repeat this 8-week plan over and over again!
