Hey Everyone! March is here, and soon we will be getting out of our evening classes and the sun will still be up... wahoo!

GroupX Class Schedule


We are continually working on and improving the group class schedule- changes for this month include:

  • Emily added another early morning strength class (and changed the time to 5:30). This is a weight training class with dumbbells in the GroupX room. Workouts are full-body and designed by a physical therapist (Emily!) to get you stronger so you can do all your favorite things!

    • Functional Strength 5:30 - 6:15 am Tuesdays & Fridays (starting March 10)

  • This last month, Andie added a Senior Strength + Balance class on Fridays at 1:00 pm. That makes two Senior Strength + Balance classes! Olivia's at 10 and Andie's at 1. This class starts with work on a chair, then moves on to balance work. Its a great class for those in their 60s and up- to help stay strong, mobile, and on their feet!

    • Senior Strength + Balance 10:00-10:30 & 1:00-1:30 Fridays

  • And finally, because of the demand of the Saturday HOT Yoga class, we are trying the Friday yoga class as hot. This week, at 8:15 am (I'm subbing for Jessie on the 6th) we'll try a 45 minute HOT Yoga class. This is on a trial basis because we need to make sure the room will be a comfortable temperature by the time the next class starts.

    • HOT Yoga 8:15 - 9:00 am Fridays & 9:30-10:30 Saturdays

  • Zumba is now only on Tuesdays at 11:30 am. This is a fun class and very friendly to beginners- no dance experience necessary!


Personal Training and In-Person Nutrition Coaching


We have two gym-based Personal Trainers- Brittany Gohl and Andie Stang. Brittany currently has limited appointment availability because she is also a Physical Therapy Assistant for Elevate Wellness.

Andie currently has openings on Fridays. Reply to this email if you are interested or have any questions on Personal Training. This is a really great way to build some confidence and competence in the gym as well as making huge improvements in your fitness!


Andie is also accepting new Nutrition Coaching clients for in-person appointments. Her Nutrition Coaching is open-ended and scheduled as needed. She will work with you to establish healthy eating habits and work toward your nutrition goals, encouraging you all the way! If you struggle to implement nutrition changes on your own- this is your sign to get some help! We are here for you.

  • Online Health Coaching with Katie

    • 6 or 12 week program by email, plus monthly check-ins after program completion. Includes custom workout plan

  • Nutrition Basics online program (only $49!)

    • Self-paced, completely online, access to a Nutrition Coach (Katie)


Custom Workout Plan


I began offering these after using them in my Online Health Coaching program and had some really good feedback. Then some of my Pilates clients were telling me how they'd like to do some gym workouts with weights but they just need to be told what to do... well lucky for us all, I'm bossy, and now these workout plans are available separately from Nutrition Coaching!


I just need to know if you have any limitations, how many times per week you can do gym workouts, if you want any cardio workouts planned (or GroupX classes), and what your weekly schedule looks like. Then I'll make you an 8 week plan that has clickable links for each exercise with photos and videos, so you know exactly what to do.
