It has been a whirlwind first couple of months in the new studio! We are loving it and continue to settle in more each week.
Open House
The Open House has been rescheduled for February 20th, 4-7 pm. Hope to see you there! While we are disappointed our original date didn't work, we are looking forward to hosting a Grand Opening Celebration for our clients, friends, and the community! We'll have the building open for tours and looking around, there will also be refreshments and giveaways!
Free Class
To celebrate the Open House and welcome beginners- Jessie's Friday 8:30 am Vinyasa Yoga class will be free on the 20th! Bring a friend!
GroupX Classes
Since opening, we have added quite a few new classes, to where we now have classes every day of the week except Sunday. We have designed the schedule to allow a great mix of lower and higher intensity classes to suit a wide range of intensity levels, as well as balance out the week for those clients that come to class nearly every day.

Notes on Classes
Sign up for class ahead of time! Some classes fill up, so be sure to sign up online at elvfitco.com/schedule. You can also email me at katiefarrellyoga@gmail.com if you have any questions or issues signing up.
Classes that sometimes fill up: HOT Mat Pilates, 10 am Seniors, HOT Yoga
Classes that have plenty of room: HIIT Mondays, 5:45 am Strength Tuesdays, both Zumba classes, Barre + Pilates, Thursday Yoga, Friday Yoga, Friday's Mat Pilates and 1 pm Seniors
Best Classes for Beginners
Yoga: 4:15 pm Thursdays and 8:30 am Fridays are great classes for beginners. While they will challenge you with some great stretches, balance work, and some core work, the pace is easy to follow and Jordan and Jessie both give modifications to help you do the poses in a way that works for you!
Strength: These classes are a little more intense, but still great for beginners looking for a challenge.
Brittany's Monday HIIT class is fast and furious if you need a quick workout during lunch. Brittany is a Personal Trainer and Physical Therapy Assistant, so while she is great at giving modifications for all ability levels, she will also kick your booty.
Emily's early morning Tuesday class is not as fast paced but you will probably be sore afterwards. Emily is a Physical Therapist passionate about women's health and proper pelvic floor and deep core engagement. Her workouts focus on functional strength movements- so you will work in movement patterns that help you get stronger and more fit for everyday life.
Zumba: For cardio and some fun- join a Zumba class! Jessica teaches 2 great classes every week. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! You just show up and she'll show you what to do. Over time you start to learn the moves and get more comfortable. You don't have to be a dancer to get a great workout and have fun in this class!
Senior Strength + Balance: These classes are designed for healthy aging. The exercises focus on mobility and functional strength, and the balance work is a great way to stay upright! If you find yourself getting more unstable with each passing year... get yourself to this class! There is still room in the 1pm class Friday (the 10am class this week, the 13th, is full). This class also has a special price for those that only attend this class. Regular class packs and memberships apply for this class, but if it is the only one you take, we just do a drop in $10!
Mat Pilates: This is your class if you're looking for a 30 minute workout over lunch for core. While it is full body, the focus is the core! Come to this class to get a burn and be on your way :)
See you in class!
